Ana Liss is one of the 11 women that spoke out to the media about how Governor Cuomo accused her. She revealed her statement about being sexually harassed and expressed relief to the Attorney General’s investigation that the information was now public. Despite the fact that it was late, she felt vindication for the women who spoke out. From 2012 through 2015, Ana liss worked as a policy and operations assistant. She came forward earlier this year to discuss the entire situation. She revealed that the Governor had acted inappropriately against her.

Ana Liss- Relationship, Married Life
According to her social media posts, she is married to a man from New York. When she accepted the proposal to end this relationship in October 2020, she commented about him on Twitter. We don’t know when they married, although she previously stated that she would marry him in December 2020.

When it comes to her career, she has largely worked as an employee in several government offices. Prior to joining the Cuomo administration, she worked at the Center for Governmental Research and Greater Rochester Enterprise. Later, from 2013 to 2015, she served as a policy and operations aid in the Andrew Cuomo administration. However, because of her significant charges against Andrew, she was forced to leave that job and is now working as the Director of Planning and Development for Monroe County.

According to Liss, the governor kissed her cheek, patted her lower back, and asked her if she had a partner or not. When everything became too much for her, the job became unfriendly and toxic for her. Liss was the third former staffer to come forth with her story at the time. She also praised other ladies who spoke up about themselves. Ana explained that she had to summon a great deal of fortitude and courage in order to talk. She and the other ladies were all paid professionals who had a good working environment and had to pay a personal price for revealing such views.
Controversy
She hoped that by sharing her opinions, she could change the culture of workplace harassment. According to a former staffer to Governor Andrew Cuomo, he asked Liss if she had a boyfriend, called her dear, caressed her at the reception, and kissed her hand when she stood up from her desk. Ana Liss worked in policy and operational support from 2013 to 2015. She saw that Mr. Cuomo’s actions were unprompted and voluntary. During her first year on the job, he acted in this manner. She used to sit at her desk, which was close to Cuomo’s office in the capitol’s executive chamber. In one of her interviews, she described Mr. Cuomo’s behavior as a harmless flirtation. Over time, she grew to regard this as a humiliating move, adding that it degraded her from the most prestigious occupation.
During her two-hour discussion with officials, she said that she answered all of the questions about her time as Governor’s office between 2013 and 2015, outlining the entire scenario. The incident, she said, was uninvited by the Governor. The governor created a hostile sexual work atmosphere for everyone and made the entire workplace unfriendly. She also claimed that it was becoming poisonous and verbally abusive for her as a young lady. Charlotte Bennett and Lindsey Boylan, who both accused Cuomo of sexual harassment, spoke with the investigators. The case had been opened after various sexual harassment allegations were made against Mr. Cuomo.
