What Happened To Josie In Legacies, Is Kaylee Bryant Leaving Legacies As Josie?

What Happened To Josie In Legacies?

According to an exclusive report by TVLine, Kaylee Bryant’s final appearance as a series regular on The CW’s Legacies was on the December 16 episode. Since the Vampire Diaries/Originals spin-October off’s 2018 premiere, Bryant has played Josie Saltzman.

Whether Josie’s Legacies’ exit turns out to be temporary or permanent, it was a huge mistake to leave the character alive. Because of Lizzie’s plan, she was resurrected before the episode’s climax, which eliminated any tragic significance from her apparent demise.

But is this really Josie’s final appearance? The statement Julie Plec and Brett Matthews, executive producers, provided to us has some of the solution to that question: “While it’s heartbreaking to say goodbye to such a beloved Super Squad member, we wish Kaylee happiness and success. We look forward to watching her career grow in the future, and our door at Legacies will always be open to her, because the world is simply a better place with Josie Saltzman in it.”

Kaylee Bryant Leaving Legacies As Josie

Bryant will be terribly missed, but Josie’s plot has been moving in this direction for a while. She had previously made an effort to distance herself from the Salvatore School by enrolling at Mystic Falls High and residing there briefly with her aunt Elena and uncle damon. Even though she finally went back to the supernatural academy, her most recent assignment was turbulent.

During the vision quest with a Grey’s Anatomy theme from last week, Josie had a significant insight regarding her future: “I have the need to live up to this school that was literally created for me, and the pressure to save the school and my friends means I will never live a life of my own.”

Josie made a follow-up purchase of a one-way bus ticket out of town this past week. Josie is convinced that Hope still possesses some redeeming qualities, but she is unable to intervene while she is still a student at the Salvatore School. Unfortunately, leaving Mystic Falls also meant leaving her girlfriend behind. After their heartbreaking final session together, Josie said to Finch, “When I come back, we can see where you and I are.”

Josette Saltzman is a significant recurring character on The Vampire Diaries, a guest character on The Originals, and a former main character on Legacies. She is one of Alaric Saltzman and Josette Laughlin’s twin daughters, the other being Lizzie Saltzman. Josette passed away, so Caroline Forbes carried her via surrogate. Kai, the uncle of the infants, disclosed her existence in Let Her Go. But in I’ll Wed You in the Golden Summertime, Kai repeatedly stabs Jo in the abdomen, killing her and ostensibly killing the twins. However, it was revealed in Best Served Cold that the Gemini Coven moved the twins into Caroline’s womb. She has now been brought up by both Caroline and Alaric.

What Happened To Josie In Legacies Season 4?

Kaylee was a lead performer on Legacies from the beginning, and she left the programme in the fall of 2021.

She has played Lizzie’s twin sister Josie since 2018. In Season 4, Episode 9, Josie purchased two one-way tickets to finally leave the weird town of Mystic Falls, Virginia, bringing grief for viewers everywhere.
