Correction: The Collector’s Edition and Physical Edition of Sol Cresta were previously sold in the West through Limited Run Games, and have since sold out. These two new releases allow players to purchase the two versions again through LRG’s newly-formed Japanese publishing arm, SuperDeluxe. The article has been edited to reflect this.

PlatinumGames is having quite the week. After finally announcing the release date of Bayonetta 3, they’ve now announced that their retro-style vertical shmup Sol Cresta will be getting a reprint of the limited-edition Collector’s Package and physical game on Switch and PS4.

The physical version was already made available through Limited Run Games, but this new version will be published and sold in Japan by SuperDeluxe, Limited Run’s Japanese publishing arm, which is run in collaboration with Tokyo-based publisher and localisation studio 8-4. The game will be available in Japanese and English, with no region lock.
