Based on a story by Peter Craig and Justin Marks, the 2024 American action drama movie Top Gun: Maverick is directed by Joseph Kosinski and written by Ehren Kruger, Eric Warren Singer, and Christopher McQuarrie. In this follow-up and second instalment of the Top Gun film series, which also stars Miles Teller, Jennifer Connelly, Jon Hamm, Glen Powell, Lewis Pullman, Ed Harris, and Val Kilmer, Tom Cruise reprises his role as Captain Pete “Maverick” Mitchell from the first Top Gun film. Pete “Maverick” Mitchell (Tom Cruise) has spent more than thirty years serving as one of the Navy’s best aviators. He is now where he belongs, pushing the limits as a fearless test pilot and avoiding the promotion that would have grounded him. Maverick meets LT Bradley “Rooster” Bradshaw (Miles Teller), the son of Maverick’s late friend and Radar Intercept Officer LTJG Nick “Goose” Bradshaw, when he finds himself training a detachment of Top Gun alums for a specialised mission the likes of which no live pilot has ever experienced. Maverick is forced to face his innermost fears as he struggles with the ghosts of his past and an uncertain future. This struggle culminates in a mission that calls for the ultimate sacrifice from the pilots who will be selected to fly it.

How To Watch Top Gun Maverick?
Top Gun: Maverick is now only showing in theatres across the globe. Top Gun: Maverick has had a bit of a ride. The initial release date for the film was summer 2020. Of course, the epidemic forced the relocation of it and every other big film. Fans had hoped for it to arrive in 2021, but it was ultimately postponed to 2024.
