Temptation Island season 4 aired on 15 January 2019 to 26 March 2019. They were four couples who got engaged, dated, and also got split up. Eight contestants were Javen Butler, Shari Ligons, Karl Collins, Nicole Tutewohl, John Thurmond, Kady Krambeer, Evan Smith and Kaci Campbell. They dated for over ten years. Javen Butler is a Senior Records Clerk, and Shari Ligons is a Recruiter/HR in San Francisco, Canada. Karl Collins and Nicole Tutewohl

Karl and Nicole broke up at the show’s end but got together after a year. Both had been dating each other for two and half years before coming into the show. To make their relationship even more, better in the show, they got connected with other contestants of the show. Unfortunately, reuniting and being together again split up in 2021. The reason for their breakup is still unknown. Karl Collins is a Para-Professional Educator, and Nicole Tutewohl is a Sales Executive in Chicago, Illinois. Currently, there are not together and have been living their own life separately.

John Thurmond and Kady Krambeer

John and Kady had been dating for three years, and when they came to the show, Kady met Johnny Alexander and started to have feelings for him. On the other hand, John dated Katheryn. On the show’s final day, John and Kady agreed to break up and went on their separate ways. John Thurmond is a Business Owner, and Kady Krambeer is a Marketer in Fort Worth, Texas. Currently, there are not together and have been living their own life separately. Kady’s official pages do not say that she is still single, while John kept his account private.

Evan Smith and Kaci Campbell

Evan and Kaci had been dating for five years before they split up at the show’s end. To improve their relationship, they moved to an apartment in Los Angeles. Still, unfortunately, they got into the show where they got to test their relationships with the other opposite sex. Then, Evan Smith fell for Morgan Lolar, a real estate agent in Arlington. Soon the connection between Evan and Kaci went on to break up and engage with Morgan. Though Evan and Morgan got engaged in the show later, they ended their relationship. Evan Smith is a Professional Trainer, and Kaci Campbell is a Business owner. Evan is not together with Kaci or Morgan and has been living their own life separately.
