Stray Kids-Biography
Stray Kids is a South Korean boy band created in 2017 by JYP Entertainment. The group’s members were picked as a result of the 2017 reality show Stray Kids. Their pre-debut EP, Mixtape, was published in January 2018. Their formal debut, however, came on March 25, 2018, with the release of their debut EP I Am Not. The EP debuted at number four on Gaon’s Album Chart, selling over 54,000 copies in March alone. Stray Kids members made their debut international appearance in April 2018. Their third and fourth EPs, named I Am Who and I Am You, respectively, were released in August and October of the same year.

Bang Chan
Birthday: October 3, 1997
Christopher Bang, better known as Bang Chan, was born on October 3, 1997. Stray Kids’ frontman, lead vocalist, lead dancer, and producer. Although his birthplace is unknown, he moved to Australia when he was a child. He joined the group in 2010 after attending a JYP tryout in Australia.
Woojin was born on April 8, 1997.
Kim Woo-full Jin’s name is Kim Woo-Jin, and he was born on April 8, 1997. He was born in Daejeon, South Korea, and is the primary vocalist for the boy band Stray Kids. He has always loved music and apparently practiced music for two years. Kim considers Bruno Mars to be his role model and has stated that if he wasn’t a member of the Stray Kids, he would work as a vocal trainer or music instructor. He can play the guitar as well as the piano.

Lee Min-full ho’s name is Lee Min-ho, and he was born on October 25, 1998. He was born in Gimpo, South Korea, and is Stray Kids’ principal dancer, vocalist, and rapper. He trained at JYP for a year before joining the boy group, and he was also a backup dancer for the famed K-pop group BTS. Taecyeon from 2 PM is his role model, and he thinks that if he wasn’t in Stray Kids, he would be a dancer.
Changbin
Birthdate: August 11, 1999
Seo Chang-bin, also known as Changbin, was born in Yongin, South Korea on August 11, 1999. He is the main rapper, vocalist, and producer for the Stray Kids boy band. Changbin is a naturally quick talker, which is how he became interested in rapping. His idols are BIGBANG’s G-dragon and Kendrick Lamar. He says if he wasn’t in Stray Kids, he’d be a producer, writer, or tattoo artist.
Hyunjin
Date of Birth: March 20, 2000
Hwang Hyun-full Jin’s name is Hwang Hyun-Jin, and he was born on March 20, 2000, in Seoul, South Korea. He is the main dancer, rapper, and visual for Stray. Despite being born in South Korea, he lived in Las Vegas for a time and even has the English name Sam Hwang and can communicate in rudimentary English. He graduated in February 2019 from the School of Performing Arts in Seoul, where he studied practical dance.
Han
Birthdate: September 14, 2000
Han Ji-sung, sometimes known as Peter Han in English, was born on September 14, 2000, in Incheon, South Korea. He is the group’s main rapper, lead vocalist, and producer. Despite being born in South Korea, he lived in Malaysia for a time and speaks English fluently. His role model is Zico from Block B, and he thinks he would be a music producer if he wasn’t in Stray Kids. Before joining the group, he trained for three years.
Felix was born on September 15, 2000.
His given name is Lee Felix, his Korean name is Lee Yong-bok, and he was born in Sydney, Australia on September 15, 2000. Stray Kids’ primary dancer and rapper is him. He enjoys playing the piano and looks up to BIGBANG’s G-Dragon. Felix is also a qualified Taekwondo fighter who has won numerous medals since he was a toddler. He speaks English fluently and enjoys dancing, listening to music, traveling, beatboxing, and shopping for clothes.
Seungmin
Birthday: September 22, 2000
Kim Seung-min was born on September 22, 2000, in Seoul, South Korea. Stray Kids’ lead vocalist is him. He spent three months in Los Angeles learning to speak English. He began working with JYP in 2017.
I.N. was born on February 8, 2001.
Yang Jeong-birth in’s name is Yang Jeong-in, and he was born on February 8, 2001, in Busan, South Korea. He is the youngest member of Stray Kids and the group’s vocalist. Before joining the boy band, he trained for two years.
