Many are not happy with how Raquel Pennington has been in support of Amber Heard
The entire world, or at least the media, seems extremely interested in the Johnny Depp-Amber Heard defamation case.
Depp and Heard have been going at each other in the courts, and have seen many witnesses take the stand.
One such witness was Raquel ‘Rocky’ Pennington, a former friend of Heard’s. She recently corroborated her violence allegations against the Pirates of the Caribbean star, where he allegedly hurt Heard.
However, Rocky’s testimonies haven’t been received all too well, and UFC star, Raquel Pennington, was unhappy with her namesake’s stand.
Pennington, the UFC star, has done extremely well in her time in the company. She is currently on a four-fight win streak and last defeated Aspen Ladd at UFC 273.
The 33-year-old is 14-8 in her career, but is enjoying the best winning streak in her MMA career since 2016.
Many upset with Raquel Pennington in mega defamation case
The UFC star isn’t the only one who has been upset with Heard’s former best friend in all this.
Many have questioned how Pennington has changed her body language and statement in her two appearances on the stand.
Heard’s conduct during the trial has also been questioned, and the Aquaman star was slated recently after being questioned for not donating her entire divorce settlement from Depp.
Heard had claimed she would donate it to two hospitals, but has not done so.
There has been a lot of scrutiny over the statements and defence from Heard’s side, and many MMA fans just were not accepting the comments made from Pennington during the trial too.
