‘In The Soop: Friendcation’ is a spin-off program of HYBE’s entertainment reality show ‘In The Soop,’ depicting the lives of artists who halt their frenzied lives on a magnificent stage to enjoy leisure and healing in the forest. The latest season of the show, named ‘In The Soop: Friendcation,’ features the trip adventures of the entertainment industry’s greatest friends, Park Seo-Joon, Peakyboy, Choi Woo-Shik, Park Hyung-Sik, and BTS’ V.

All five friends were featured seated next to each other across a sunny window in the show’s official teaser poster. In keeping with the show’s concept, ‘In The Soop: Friendcation’ will follow a therapeutic journey ‘between everyday life and relaxation,’ with the biggest celebrities sporting a natural makeup-free look while dressed in comfy clothes. The Wooga Squad will be featured in the SOOP: Friendcation. The five musicians are real-life buddies and have been one of the industry’s most prominent friendship squads for quite some time.The show will mark the first time fans will see the entire group film reality content together.

HYBE first released In the SOOP with their most famous artist, BTS. After two seasons of great feedback from the Dynamite group, the reality show was expanded to SEVENTEEN, the PLEDIS Entertainment group that is now under HYBE.

In the SOOP: Friendcation Release Date

The first episode of ‘In The Soop: Friendcation’ will air worldwide on July 22 at 9 p.m. KST (8 am ET). Following episodes will be released on Fridays, starting with Episode 2 on July 29, Episode 3 on August 5, and Episode 4 on August 12. All episodes will air on TV at 9 p.m. KST (8 a.m. ET), with a delayed online broadcast.

The Wooga Squad is the most popular and well-known friendship squad in Korean entertainment. It consists of actor Park Seo-Joon (33), singer Peakboy (33), actor Choi Woo-Shik (32), idol-actor Park Hyung-Sik (30), and BTS’ V. (26).

Park Seo-Joon was instrumental in forming the squad. During the filming of their 2016 drama Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth, the actor befriended Park Hyung-Sik, and BTS’ V. Peakboy and Choi Woo-Shik were then introduced to them.

Where And When To Watch In The SOOP: Friendcation?

 Wooga Squad’s In the SOOP has pulled together significant networks. The episodes will be available on the JTBC television network and the Disney+ streaming service. Although the episodes will be aired concurrently, JTBC viewers will have an advantage. Episodes will air on JTBC at 9 p.m. KST. It will be available on Disney+ at 11 p.m. KST two hours later.

Fans were surprised by the choice of streaming platform for Wooga Squad’s reality program as they anticipated updates. The image, which depicted the five lounging in the sun in comfortable clothing with beautiful grins, took a back seat as fans enthused about the show’s debut on Disney+. ARMYs mistakenly trended words like ‘On Disney,’ ‘Wooga Squad,’ and ‘Disney Plus’ on Twitter. Meanwhile, other fans are already talking about purchasing platform memberships or finding a companion to share the account with.

In The SOOP: Friendcation Teaser

The teaser for the show was released on June 8 on the official YouTube channel and Twitter account of ‘In The Soop’. In the teaser, the five of the friends are seen walking along the seashore having fun and at the last, all five are seen smiling towards the selfie camera.
