How to Unlock New Abilities, Weapons, & Curses in Cult of The Lamb
In order to progress throughout Cult of the Lamb, you’ll need to unlock new abilities, weapons, and curses that are available to you as part of each crusade.
Some of these will come through tarot cards you find throughout the game, but most of it is unlocked by practicing sermons at your cult. When you practice a sermon, you’ll get the ability to upgrade your powers via the crown section in the church.
Each time you level up, you’ll be able to improve one specific section for weapons and curses via new levels of Might of the Devout. Eventually, you’ll unlock new layers of this that also stack your damage and improve your health. While the rolls of which weapon you get at the start of each run are still random, leveling up will always cause the base stats to be at whatever level you’ve already attained.
