At the bottom of the menu will be a cog. This is the settings menu. Once you have it opened, then you should see a button at the bottom right, ‘Enter Bonus Code’. Click on that and you will have the prompt for inputting the code right in front of you.
Codes are region-specific and require you to input them exactly as they are formatted, else they won’t work.
