Splatoon 3 has its very own trading card game, Tableturf Battle, and if you want to be the very best there ever was, you’re gonna need all the cards you can get. Here’s how to get more Tableturf Battle cards in Splatoon 3.
How to Get More Tableturf Battle Cards in Splatoon 3
When you first sign up to play Tableturf Battle at the Tableturf Battle Dojo in Splatsville, you’ll receive a free starter deck containing the customary 15 cards. If you want to really go far in the Tableturf Battle league, though, you’ll need to rebuild your deck with newer and better cards.
There are four ways to get more Tableturf Battle cards in Splatoon 3:
- Increasing your Tableturf Rank
- Hotlantis Catalog
- Shell-Out Machine
- Card-Bits
Increasing your Tableturf Rank
As you play and win in Tableturf Battle matches, your rank in the Tableturf Battle league will increase. Every time you reach a new rank in Tableturf Battle, you’ll receive a free pack of cards. Every Tableturf pack contains a random assortment of 5 cards.
Hotlantis Catalog
If you swing by Hotlantis and pick up the latest catalog, you may see some Tableturf Battle card packs up for sale alongside all of the cosmetic stuff. These packs can be bought with regular Cash at Hotlantis, just everything else for sale there.
Shell-Out Machine
If you don’t mind a more random element, check out the Shell-Out Machine in the Turf War lobby. You know, the big gumball machine-looking thing next to the kettle. Plunk in some Conch Shells earned from playing in battles and working Salmon Run shifts during a Splatfest Sneak Peak, and you’ll get Splashtag components, locker cosmetics, and of course, Tableturf Battle card packs.

Card-Bits
Do note that you can only own one instance of any Tableturf Battle card at a time. If you get a duplicate card from a pack, it’ll be turned into Card-Bits. These Card-Bits can be spent at the Tableturf Battle Dojo to receive more packs, though you can also use them to upgrade their corresponding cards.
Generally speaking, if you want to get all of the Tableturf Battle cards (of which there are over 150, by the way), you’ll need to keep playing in Splatoon 3’s main modes to rack up currency. Gotta work that hustle if you wanna feed that addiction.
