How To Get Faded Red Silk, Trimmed Red Silk, and Rich Red Brocade in Genshin Impact

Guides

A worthwhile material to farm.

Genshin Impact players that are looking for Faded Red Silk, Trimmed Red Silk, or Rich Red Brocade are in luck. The drop source for all these resources is the same, and in this guide, we will show you where to find them. All the materials will drop from Eremites, human enemies that can be found in and around the Sumeru region that was added in update 3.0.

Eremites are akin to Treasure Hunters in how they fight, seeking to gang up on players and use superior numbers to overpower them. The Faded Red Silk, Trimmer Red Silk, and Rich Red Brocade will all drop at different levels. The exact levels are shown below:

  • Faded Red Silk – any Eremite level
  • Trimmed Red Silk – Level 40+ Eremites
  • Rich Red Brocade – Level 60+ Eremites

The different types of Eremites are as follows:

  • Eremite Axe Vanguard
  • Eremite Crossbow
  • Eremite Ravenbeak Halberdier
  • Eremite Linebreaker
  • Eremite Sword-Dancer
  • Eremite Desert Clearwater
  • Eremite Sunfrost
  • Eremite Daythunder

What are Faded Red Silk, Trimmed Red Silk, and Rich Red Brocade used for?

These materials are needed to upgrade weapons like the Sapwood Blade, Forest Regalia, and Hunter’ Path. It is also thought that they will be required to ascend Dori, an upcoming character.
