Through this process, you’ll be able to view exciting videos of the game while earning valuable items. So, here’s how you can participate in this event and claim Twitch Drops during July 2024.
How to Claim Genshin Impact Twitch Drops (July 2024)
While the Genshin Impact Partner Program on Twitch continues, you can receive gifts by watching or streaming under the game’s category. However, if you choose to view videos of Genshin Impact, you’ll need to make sure you do the required actions for the event. Here’s a step-by-guide on how to claim Twitch Drops:
- Link your Twitch and HoYoverse account.
The first thing you must do to receive your rewards is by linking your accounts. You can do this by visiting the game’s Twitch Drop section on the website.
- Go to the ‘Genshin Impact’ category on Twitch.
Search for ‘Genshin Impact’ on Twitch and scroll to the ‘Live Channels’ tab. Next, type in ‘Drops Enabled’ in the Tags section and choose any video of your choice.
- Watch a ‘Drops Enabled’ tagged Streamer.
After you’ve found a video, you’ll need to watch it for a recommended amount of time, with 15 minutes at the minimum and 120 minutes at the maximum. To ensure that you are watching the correct one, click your profile picture, and you should see a progress report about the Twitch Drop on the right side of your screen.
- Check your Drops Inventory and claim your items.
Once the progress bar reaches 100%, you can click the ‘Drops’ tab from your profile picture. Then, you’ll be redirected to your inventory, where you can now press the ‘Claim Now’ button for the time you’ve spent watching videos and streams.
Of course, Twitch viewers can earn more rewards if they choose to go more than the minimum of 15 minutes, but make sure the video you watch does have the ‘Drops Enabled’ tag. Furthermore, you can receive more gifts and even increase your popularity if you stream your own content in the game. For example, streamers can gain a load of Primogems and be lucky enough to be featured on the Twitch homepage.
