WWE reveals the list of Superstars who are approved to get a haircut. Prominent names missing from the full list
WWE has some strict rules that keep changing based on Chairmen Vince McMahon’s decisions. Now Fightful Select has revealed the names of superstars who are allowed to get haircuts.
The list of RAW and SmackDown stars began circulating during the TV taping this weekend. Some former WWE stars also were on the list.
Edge, who recently revealed his new look last week on RAW, was one of the 12 superstars allowed to change their hairstyles. This is the list of superstars from the RAW brand

- Bobby Lashley
- Cody Rhodes
- Damien Priest
- Dolph Ziggler
- Edge
- Finn Balor
- Kevin Owens
- Miz
- Randy Orton
- Riddle
- Seth Rollins
The situation looked similar on the blue brand as well. 12 main characters were also approved to modify their hairstyles. Some of the big names like The Usos, Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre were also on the list. Here is the list from SmackDown as per Fightful

Austin Theory misses the list of talents approved to get haircuts
The reports noted that Austin Theory is not listed internally. He is seen getting unique haircuts on a near-weekly basis, but not much has been disclosed about why he was left off the list.
Theory has been one of the year’s breakouts. Of course, it is the current United States Champion, but his omission was quite interesting.
Last week of Monday Night Raw saw the current leader of “The Judgement Day” faction, Edge, in a shorter haircut just 24 hours after his victory over AJ Styles at the WrestleMania Backlash premium live event.
