Raksha Bandhan, also known as the “brother-sister” festival, is celebrated throughout India with great fervor and joy. It is a day when sisters tie a sacred thread around the wrists of their brothers and pray for their well-being
. This year, however, the festival takes on a different meaning in the wake of recent tragedy. Just days ago, Pakhi slipped into a deep depression after learning about her father’s infidelity.
In an effort to help her cope with this difficult time, Vanraj has asked the Shahs to celebrate Rakhi withPakhi and divert her mind from the current situation.
While it is not clear if the Shahs will actually be able to attend the festival, Anu has already made preparations to tie Rakhi around the wrists of Anuj and Anupama.
For her, this is more than just a festival – it is an opportunity to show her brother and sister that she will always be there for them, no matter what happens.
They will celebrate Rakshabandhan. Shahs pray to God too! Anu along with his wife and kid hail Lord Krishna while Vanraj gives support in person, as well he should given how much Pakhi loves him- she’s like a mother figure for both of them now but it seems her dad doesn’t seem so interested anymore since he started spending all day at work every singleday without coming home before dinner time starts rolling around which means we won’t see much family bonding done outside those few hours when everyone used to celebrate rakhi with shah’s. Meanwhile Kinjal awaits for Samar. Leela suggests that Samar’s train may be delayed.
Dolly crying and missing Anupama. Vanraj tells Dolly that Anupama is part of Kapdia’s. Pakhi regrets separating Anupama with her parents. Pakhi accuses Vanraj of not stopping her from slandering Anupama.
Vanraj sit stunned. Dolly decides to visit Anupama. Vanraj is asking Dolly whether she’s gone out of her head.
He claims that despite everything she has decided to visit Anuapma. Kavya supports Dolly and claims Anuj has barred Anupama’s entry, but they are able to go to the latter.
Anu wants to know Anupama and Anuj to check if anyone from the Shah house will be visiting the two. Anuj waits until Paritosh or Samar.
Anuj wants Anu to attach Rakhi to him, as Samar and Paritosh could be busy. Samar is seen making a dramatic entrance. Anupama, Anu and others are ecstatic.
Samar dance. Anupama hugs Samar. Samar tells Anupama that after learning of her disrespect , he was sent straight on her doorstep.
Sara felicitate Samar for his spectacular entrance. Anupama and Samar have a conversation. Samar regrets Pakhi’s actions.
Anupama cries. She decides to enjoy the celebration without crying. Samar celebrates with Anupama. Shahs are taught by Anu that Samar has visited Anupama earlier. Anu invites Shahs to Rakhshabandhan.
Kavya become enthralled by Anu’s innocence. Kinjal along with Kavya decide to go to Anupama. Vanraj attempted to stop Kinjal and Kavya. Dolly, Hasmuk and Jignesh decide to go with Kavya as well as Kinjal to Anupama’s residence. Vanraj prevents Pakhi from leaving. [Episode Ends]
