Former WWE Raw Women’s Champion teased a return storyline for her with NXT 2.0 star Kay Lee Ray
Bayley has teased a potential return storyline with WWE NXT 2,0 star Alba Fyre aka Kay Lee Ray. Additionally, she has been teasing her return on social media with multiple stars.
This week of the NXT 2.0 episode saw WWE air a vignette for the Scottish star and shared a GIF of the segment on Twitter. Bayley took to Twitter and commented on the post by calling out her former NXT UK name.
Fight me.
Fyre was quick to respond to it and told Bayley to fight her. The Role Model said this in her response,

The Role Model has been out of action for nearly a year after suffering an ACL tear before her scheduled title match against Bianca Belair at last year’s Money in the Bank.
Becky Lynch revealed her wish to face Bayley at WrestleMania 38
During an interview with Fightful, Becky Lynch said that she wanted to share the ring with the Role Model at WrestleMania 38, but that didn’t happen.
“There was a bit of chatter. There was a bit of a pitch. I know that Bayley, who worked so hard that whole year and really just went into a different level with the character, had nothing. It was sad. She deserved a big moment. To me, being the generous soul that I am, was going to give her a big moment. But it never came to fruition.”
It’s been a long time since The Role Model has been out of action fans will be hoping to see her return to the ring.
