Davido was born David Adedeji Adeleke on the 21st of November 1992, in Atlanta, Georgia. Davido grew up alongside five older siblings and he is his dad’s second-born son.

He first attended British International School Lagos (BIS) in Victoria Island, before moving to the Alabama, United States, to study business administration at Oakwood University at the age of 16. While attending Oakwood, Davido discovered his passion for music, he bought musical equipment and began creating his own beats.
