How to Get MUT Coins Fast in Madden 23

EA Sports has become synonymous with Ultimate Team over the years, and their latest installment of the long-running American football franchise doesn’t stray from that. Yet it does raise the age-old question: How can players get MUT coins fast in Madden 23? Fortunately for you, that is what this guide is here to answer.

Madden 23 Guide to Getting MUT Coins Fast

Just like Ultimate Team mode in the FIFA franchise, coins are king and currency in MUT. That said, getting them can be a grind. So if you want to acquire MUT coins fast in Madden 23, there are a handful of ways to do so that doesn’t require spending real money on points. Let’s take a look.

Challenges

On the most basic level, playing around in different game modes will often earn coins. Taking advantage of Challenges is one such way to earn them in a hurry. Added weekly, with varying rewards to unlock and objectives to complete, the harder (or bigger) the challenge, the better the reward—ideally. With difficulty ranging from easy to hard, players can earn up to 300 coins for completing every level.

Level Up Through Field Pass

Field Pass is a new progression system in MUT that brings with it in-season challenges, themed rewards, and unique new game mode objectives every step of the way. While Season Field Pass requires XP in order for the player to progress, one advances simply by playing the game. Throughout each level of progression, a reward is presented—sometimes 10,000 coins at a time. Auction or Quick Sell Cards

Look, this is Ultimate Team we’re talking about here—you’re not always going to strike gold (or red, in this case) with a player pulled from a pack, reward, and so on. But when you do, it’s important to strike while the iron is hot—whether it be through quick selling or auctioning the player off.

Usually, you’d be selling yourself well short by selecting the quick sell option. If one chose to do so with the Nick Chubb card above, they would only get 2,100 coins at the time of this screenshot. Yet if a player decided to auction it off, their chances of bringing in a healthy haul of coins increases quite a bit.

With an auction, a player gets to choose the price range of the card they wish to sell based on what is displayed at the bottom of the screen. From there, they can choose to open the auction for up to 24 hours. If recent sales for a particular card appear to be on the high end, however—and the card above certainly reflects that—the shorter the auction, the quicker and more beneficial it can be to the player.

Daily Bonuses

Another helpful trick is to simply log in to MUT every single day, even if you’re unable to play. While not every day promises coins, it does promise a reward simply for jumping into Ultimate Team. Combining that with other options above is a good way for players to get the biggest bang for their buck.
