With multiple cancelled DC projects, will there be a Young Justice season 5?

So many DC films and shows have been in turmoil that it’s hard to keep track of what WB is moving ahead with and what is being scrubbed. Young Justice is one of those projects that little has been heard about since the end of the fourth season. If you’re a fan of the series, then you’ve probably been pondering the question will there be a Young Justice season 5?
Young Justice – Will There Be a Season 5?
Sadly, there are currently no plans for the fifth season of Young Justice. As of Aug. 17, 2024, entertainment insider, Matt Webb Mitovich, confirmed on TVLine that, “HBO Max from go had only ordered a single season of the onetime Cartoon Network and DC Universe series, and that plan has not changed. There are currently no plans for a Season 5, I am told.”
While DC films and shows have been getting cancelled left and right, it looks like the fourth season was always going to be the end of the series. But that clearly wasn’t very well communicated to fans since many online seemed to be under the impression that a fifth season was something potentially on the radar for HBO Max.
It’s sad but it’s true. It looks like the answer to the question will there be a Young Justice season 5 is flat out no. Still, this doesn’t rule out that it’ll eventually come back in some shape or form down the line. If Daredevil can get a revival, nothing is impossible.
